registration" will search for those exact words in that exact order.
Expanding a Search If you want to expand a search, use the word OR.
Searching voter OR registration will return results with voter or

Excluding a Search Term If you want to exclude a search term, use
the word NOT in front of the excluded term. Searching for voter NOT registration
will return results with voter and without registration.
