Fire Commissioner Speaks at Staten Island Rotary Luncheon

Fire Commissioner Salvatore Cassano spoke at the Staten Island Rotary luncheon on Feb. 2, at the Li Greci’s Staaten.

He spoke about how much he loves living on Staten Island, praised the fire, EMS and civilian members of the FDNY, and described the different ways in which he hopes he can help keep New Yorkers safer than ever before.

“It means a lot to know that we have so much support in our communities,” said Commissioner Cassano.

During the event, the Rotary Club also raised money to support the Staten Island Burn Center.
