Processing & Payment Procedure

The NYCHA Print Shop is located at 90 Church Street, 12th floor,
General Services Department.
Hours of service are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Closed major holidays.

• Go to the 9th floor to obtain our "Customer Request for Print Services"  form. 
• Our courteous staff will assist you in completing the order form.
• You will be given a written price quote for the print job. 
• Bring this with your  payment to our 6th floor cashier. 
• You can pay by cash, check, or money  order. 
• Checks and money orders are made out to "NYCHA."
• You will receive a "paid" receipt which is brought back to the 9th floor.
• Our staff will arrange for the job to be printed.
