The Community Affairs Bureau was established to foster positive and productive police-community relations by providing interactive community participation programs.  We do this by identifying key stakeholders of the community by establishing communication with community leaders in the concerned area.  We also gather intelligence, dispel rumors, disseminate accurate information and establish liaisons with other agencies.
