All of the TLC's hearings are open to the public.

• All respondents are entitled to representation either by an attorney, an industry representative, or someone authorized by power of attorney.
  Representation is not required.
  
  
• The general public is permitted to observe all hearings. If you are observing a hearing, please do not talk or disrupt the hearing.
  
  
• No recording devices are allowed in the hearing rooms, and all cell phones must be turned off.
  
  
• All of the Courts have security guards and all visitors to the Courts are subject to search for possession of weapons and may be required to show proof of identity.
